Join Us in Supporting The National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE)

About this Giving Opportunity

As we continue to celebrate Black History Month, hosted by the Lifting Employees of African Descent (LEAD) employee group, we wanted to look for ways that we could invite the EPAM community to join together in supporting the next generation of Black engineers, technologists, creators and tech leaders. In supporting The National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) we can promote a more inclusive tech industry through education, mentorship and open dialogue. These guiding principles have inspired us to set up a matching donation program in benefit of the NSBE.

The NSBE supports and promotes the aspirations of collegiate and pre-collegiate students and technical professionals in engineering and technology, with more than 600 chapters and 240,000+ active members in the US and worldwide. Through our giving, we can join them as partners in engaging hundreds of thousands of K-12 students in STEM education, and in increasing the number of Black engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally and positively impact their communities.

Please donate and EPAM will match your contribution $1:$1, up to $5,000. Your donation will go towards:

• STEM programs in K-12 schooling
• Scholarships and academic excellence awards that help students pursue higher education
• Mentorship opportunities for Black professionals worldwide
• And more initiatives from NSBE’s mission.
